In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with 'human meets bush' situations but this might offend the family of four enjoying their Sunday afternoon at Coopers Rock, WV.

Although you may be disappointed in cutting your Man vs Wild experience a little short, Johncrawlerz scoped out the next best thing:

As a friend of mine and I tried to find the restrooms at Coopers on a fall afternoon, we were informed that the toilets were closed for the season and had to redirect toward 'the pit toilets below the road'; Two unisex windowless outhouses with quite the view and  vintage screens to frame it all. 

Get a door...

Location: Male restroom @ Gibbies, Morgantown, WV

Problem: Lack of privacy in the excretion department.


Solution:  Take your chance in the women's restroom.

 If this doesn't look like your idea of fun-time in the bathroom, I don't think this blog is for you. Welcome to the Bookworm Cafe on Lamma Island in Hong Kong. I ran into my fair share of holes in the ground during my stay in China, but this one was most definitely the most welcoming of all. Pots filled with incense sticks in the back, hands on flushing and an array of nature loving stencil painted quotes on the walls. "Please don't put your tissues down the toilet. It's environmentally not good!" At least one thing is for sure, the trash bin will never be optional to the decor of this baby!
